allison wonderland

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked. "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

We are not crafty people

But we are surrounded at every turn by those who knit, who quill, who aspire to be Martha's bitch. The pressure is enormous.

So now, I say to you "Ha!"

Yes, you heard me right-- "Ha!"

We made scented candles yesterday: French Vanilla, to be exact. In attractive containers. All by ourselves. Take that, crafty people!

Next, we conquer the world of bath salts. Bwahahaha!

I could never get the hang of candles. Glad you like the way they turned out. Are you giving them away as gifts?

Neat! I have a memory of making candles with my mom when I was a wee thing one year for Christmas gifts.

I'm one of your dreaded crafty people (knitting, cross-stitch, beading) but I haven't gotten the hang of candles yet.

So I’ve been a slack stalker and will be back “at it” after the first of the year. In the meantime, I took a little peek at what’s been going on with you and it sounds like you've got the craft thing mastered and I'm first in line for both a candle and bath salts. BTW, your tree and yummy red walls are lovely.

Finally, Happy Holidays! Love you lots.

Congratulatoos on the caaaandles!

If you have any French Vanilloo left over, you can make French Vanilloo caaaaandy, and then light your French Vanilloo caaaandle and eat your French Vanilloo caaaandy!

OK Bye
Stompy
